 In 1991, Nedfilter was founded by Jan Hannink. This company produced filters for air handling units and dedusting systems and rapidly grew into a major player in the climate and dedusting sector. Encouraged by its success, Jan Hannink started three other companies, each with its own specialism: Climexx (textile air distribution systems), Requa (reconditioning of air handling units and dedusting systems) and insolids (solids handling). In 2017, these four companies continued under the name Vlint.
