Vlint supports Pranger-Rosier with all-in service
Pranger-Rosier is one of the leading installation companies in Northern Netherlands. Basis for the collaboration
The foundation for the collaboration between the two companies was laid 15 years ago when Vlint began supplying air filtration products to Pranger-Rosier. To facilitate ordering, Vlint's item numbers were entered into Pranger-Rosier's system. The items ordered by Pranger-Rosier are stored at Vlint until the desired delivery date. This allows for forward planning, contributing to efficiency. In addition to supplying filter materials, Vlint gradually began taking on other tasks for Pranger-Rosier, such as cleaning and storing air distribution hoses. Contract manager Hedzer de Vries at Pranger-Rosier finds the ability to stock air distribution hoses particularly convenient. “If we have a hose in stock, we can replace it immediately. This way, we minimize the disruption of our customers' operations.” The reconditioning of air handling units was also added to the tasks that Vlint performs for Pranger-Rosier.

Vlint's all-in service: extra hands
The collaboration has expanded over the years. Vlint became more than just a supplier, becoming a service partner. For the past six months, Pranger-Rosier has been calling on Vlint to perform filter replacements, cleaning, and maintenance of air handling units. Vlint also conducts inspections of AHUs and prepares reports. This is Vlint's all-in service, performed by specialized, VCA-certified technicians. Hedzer from Pranger-Rosier states: "We are a full-service installer, and we prefer to do everything ourselves. We have the knowledge, skills, and experience to do that. Sometimes we are just short of hands, and then it is convenient that we can call in Vlint."
Quality of service
It is very important that the technicians from Vlint, who work at Pranger-Rosier's customers, deliver work of a high standard. There should be no difference in quality between Pranger-Rosier's technicians and Vlint's technicians. Therefore, investing in the level of the technicians receives a lot of attention at Vlint.
Every technician at Vlint must obtain a VCA certification, learn to work with various air handling units in the practical training space of Vlint Academy, and video instructions are made to support the work. Additionally, step-by-step plans are developed for the various projects to perform the work as efficiently as possible.
Clear communication and mutual trust
The basis of the collaboration between Pranger-Rosier and Vlint: working together as partners and benefiting both parties. Clear communication and mutual trust play an important role in this. Pranger-Rosier can rely on price adjustments when the work takes less time than estimated. If there's urgency at Pranger-Rosier, Vlint takes it seriously too. Hedzer appreciates this. "That's really not something you find everywhere," he says. Additionally, Vlint always supports the client-facing aspect towards end customers. Vlint states: "We find it important to convey to Pranger-Rosier's clients that we are a supportive partner, not a separate entity."
