The Eurovent certificate is an independent quality mark for air filters. It is issued by Eurovent Certita Certification and guarantees that a filter actually delivers the performance the manufacturer claims. In other words: if a filter is Eurovent-certified, you can trust it has been thoroughly tested and performs reliably.

How does the certification process work?
Not every filter automatically receives a Eurovent certificate. There is a strict process:
- An independent laboratory tests the filters for key performance aspects such as filtration efficiency, pressure drop, and dust holding capacity.
- Eurovent verifies the test results and issues the certificate.
- Each year, new random tests are conducted to ensure consistent quality.

Which filters are Eurovent certified?
It’s important to note that Eurovent does not test and certify each individual filter, but rather one filter from a group or series. A series consists of filters with the same design, filter media, and performance characteristics, but in different sizes. This means the certificate applies to the entire range, as long as the filters share the same technical specifications as the tested model.
