Account Manager Europe OEM

At Vlint, we are looking for an independent, driven, and enthusiastic International Account Manager focusing on the European OEM market. You excel at identifying opportunities in this market and converting them into market share and brand awareness for Vlint in Europe. No challenge is too big for you, and your passion for technology and sales makes you the ideal candidate to drive our growth in Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, and Denmark.
What will you do?
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the OEM market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in various European countries;
- Strategically develop sales plans and achieve revenue and profit targets;
- Contribute to brand awareness and positioning of Vlint in Europe;
- Collaborate with different teams to translate customer needs into successful solutions.
To be a reliable partner for our customers, you can seamlessly switch between a network of contacts and your colleagues from the Inside Sales and Technical Specialists teams, who handle orders and quotations.
What do you bring?
- A strong passion for sales and a commercial mindset, preferably with technical insight;
- At least three years of relevant and recent work experience in a similar role, giving you familiarity with various customer groups. Experience in the OEM market is a plus but not required;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage;
- A competitive mindset;
- The ability to maintain oversight of various tasks and projects;
- The ability to work independently while being part of the sales team;
- Responsibility for managing your own schedule;
- You report to the Sales Coach Europe, who provides you with freedom and trust, requiring a high level of responsibility and self-sufficiency;
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving goals;
- You reside in the Germany, Belgium, East, or South Netherlands region.
Job Requirements
- You have commercial skills, preferably with technical insight.
- You have at least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role, giving you familiarity with different customer groups.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch.
- You have a competitive mindset.
- You enjoy working independently but as part of the sales team.
- You reside in the Limburg, North Brabant, or Zeeland region.
