Custom Air Distribution Ducts
Our airsocks are custom-made and designed to match the interior perfectly. When getting airsocks tailored, we consider factors such as the quantity of air being delivered, draft-free air distribution, minimal noise, and manageable hygiene. The dimensions and technical execution can be adjusted to your preferences. The design can also be customized; you can choose airsocks in various standard RAL colors or printed airsocks. This way, you'll have an air distributor that fits the room's interior.
How Customers Experience Our Air Distribution System
We have helped many customers improve their air distribution system. For example, we customized an air distribution system for Weidebloem Elementary School. This school had issues with an air duct system that only allowed airflow between the beams where the system was attached. This resulted in children sitting under these beams feeling cold and having to wear jackets. Consequently, the school decided to turn off the air distribution system. This led to insufficient fresh air, resulting in complaints such as burning eyes and headaches. The school asked us to effectively and efficiently solve this problem.
After a comprehensive analysis, we came up with a tailored solution. We ensure that the air is blown out through woven textile air distribution ducts hanging below the roof's beam structure. This allows fresh, incoming outdoor air to mix with the air in the classroom through millions of small openings. This creates a comfortable and healthy indoor environment in the classroom.

Cleaning and Laundry Service for Airsocks
Good and regular maintenance of airsocks is important for the longevity, durability, and energy efficiency of the air distribution system. Maintenance is also necessary for air quality and health. Cleaning prevents discomfort and issues such as dirt, moisture, musty air, and the growth of mold, bacteria, and yeast in the airsocks. Mold and bacteria can affect the discharge patterns of the airsocks, which are normally responsible for draft-free air distribution. If the discharge pattern is not cleaned regularly, the draft-free function will deteriorate. To determine this, we conduct various investigations as needed, such as microbiological examinations.
Because airsocks are easy to (de)assemble, maintenance is easier than with metal systems. This also makes cleaning more cost-effective. Furthermore, the fans of the air distribution system run faster with dirty airsocks, leading to higher energy consumption than usual. With properly cleaned and maintained airsocks, energy costs are therefore significantly lower. Take advantage of our periodic laundry service, where we take care of the complete cleaning including (de)assembly.
Air Duct Cleaning
Over time, mold and bacteria can grow inside the interior of air ducts. These harmful organisms can then enter the space. Therefore, it is important to regularly clean air ducts. To determine this, we conduct various investigations as needed, such as microbiological examinations. Take advantage of our periodic maintenance services, where we arrange for the complete cleaning of the ventilation system.
